What the formation package includes
  • Preparation and submission support for one standard Texas LLC formation.
  • The standard $300 Texas Secretary of State filing fee.

EIN application paths and fees

If the responsible party has a valid SSN or ITIN, EIN acquisition is included. Payment is $595 total by card.

If the responsible party does not have an SSN or ITIN, a manual EIN application is required. Mr. Argo will prepare Form SS-4, send it securely for review and signature, and submit it through the appropriate IRS process after the signed form is returned. This service has a one-time additional fee of $100. Payment is $695 total by card. IRS processing time is outside Mr. Argo's control.

Items requiring a separate quote
  • Expedited processing, non-standard filings, foreign registrations, professional licenses, or extra government and third-party charges.
  • Legal representation, tax-return preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, or a guarantee of approval, agency processing time or EIN delivery time.
  • Ownership disputes, complex reorganizations, or work outside the agreed formation scope.
Your authorization and refund notice

You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to act for the proposed company, and that Mr. Argo may use the information to prepare the agreed formation work.

Government filing fees may become non-refundable after submission. Cancellation, refund, and any additional-charge terms are controlled by the written proposal or agreement provided to you.

Card and wallet details are entered only on Stripe's hosted checkout. If an SSN or ITIN is needed, enter it only in the masked secure fields in the Filing section. The browser encrypts that number before transmission, and it is excluded from email, Stripe and browser storage.
