Effective and last updated August 20, 2026
Please read these Terms. By using mrargo.com, submitting an authorization, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and the applicable written proposal, authorization or service agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Agreement and order of documents
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Mr. Argo, the business brand that operates mrargo.com. They govern website use and provide general terms for business formation, coaching and advisory services. A written proposal, service authorization or separate service agreement may contain more specific terms. If a specific written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the more specific written agreement controls for that service.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement. If you act for another person, proposed company or existing business, you represent that you have authority to provide its information, authorize work and bind it to the applicable agreement. You are responsible for identifying all persons whose approval is required.
3. Website information and professional relationships
Website content is general educational and marketing information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice for your specific facts. Mr. Argo is not a law firm, and website use does not create an attorney-client relationship. A professional or client relationship for a specific service begins only when Mr. Argo accepts the engagement under a written authorization, proposal or agreement.
4. Service scope
Mr. Argo provides only the services described in the applicable written scope. Formation assistance may include preparation and submission of specified documents, coordination of an EIN request and delivery of listed formation records. Coaching and advisory services are limited to the topics, sessions and deliverables purchased. Work outside the written scope requires a separate agreement or quote.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide complete, current and accurate information and promptly correct errors.
- Provide one proposed LLC name and, if available, an optional second choice. All names remain subject to Texas availability and approval.
- Review drafts, filings, addresses, ownership information, signatures and instructions before approval.
- Respond to requests and obtain required approvals on time.
- Enter any requested SSN or ITIN only in the masked, encrypted fields in the LLC Filing section or another secure intake expressly provided by Mr. Argo, and never send sensitive identity or payment data through ordinary email, text or general fields.
- Maintain copies of completed documents and independently meet ongoing legal, tax, reporting, license and compliance obligations unless a written scope expressly assigns a task to Mr. Argo.
You are responsible for consequences caused by inaccurate, incomplete, late or unauthorized information you or your representative provides.
6. Government filings and results
For a complete standard formation order, Mr. Argo's target is to prepare and submit the Texas filing within 3–5 business days after payment clears and the intake is complete and accurate. That target describes Mr. Argo's preparation and submission work only. Company names, filings, EINs, tax elections and other requests remain subject to government review and rules. Mr. Argo does not control an agency's acceptance, rejection, availability determination, processing time, delay, system outage or request for more information. Published time estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We do not guarantee approval, tax treatment, savings, funding, revenue, profit or any business result.
7. Prices and payment
The published standard Texas LLC formation package is $595 total, including the standard $300 Texas state filing fee. If the responsible party does not have an SSN or ITIN and a manual Form SS-4 EIN service is required, a one-time additional $100 fee applies, for a total of $695. Non-standard requests, other entity types and additional services are quoted separately.
Prices and included items shown at checkout or in the latest written proposal control the transaction. Payment may be required before work begins or before a filing is submitted. Stripe processes hosted payments and invoices under Stripe's applicable terms and privacy notice. You authorize the charge and represent that you may use the selected payment method.
8. Cancellations, refunds and charge questions
The cancellation and refund terms in your latest written proposal or service agreement control. Unless that agreement states otherwise, contact Mr. Argo promptly and before work or a filing begins to request cancellation. Earned service fees, completed work, payment-processing costs where permitted, and government or third-party fees already paid, committed or submitted may be nonrefundable. If Mr. Argo cannot perform an uncompleted paid service, any refund will be determined by the unperformed scope and applicable law.
Before disputing a charge, contact support@mrargo.com so we can review the service record and transaction. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived by law.
9. Registered-agent and continuing services
Any registered-agent, mail-handling, renewal or continuing service is governed by its separate written service agreement, including eligibility, address use, client duties, duration, continuation and termination. Website descriptions do not replace that agreement. You remain responsible for maintaining a valid registered agent and address and for updating government records if a service ends or becomes unavailable.
10. Electronic records and signatures
You agree that authorizations, notices, disclosures, signatures and records may be provided and stored electronically. Typing your name and affirmatively selecting an electronic-signature consent is intended to be your signature and has the same effect as signing by hand to the extent permitted by law. You may request a paper copy of an available record or withdraw consent for future electronic transactions by contacting us. A withdrawal does not invalidate an electronic transaction already completed and may prevent us from continuing an online workflow.
11. Acceptable use
You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not submit false, stolen, infringing or unauthorized information; impersonate another person; interfere with security or availability; attempt to access restricted systems or records; introduce malicious code; scrape the site in a way that burdens it; or use content to violate law or another person's rights. We may restrict access to protect clients, systems or legal rights.
12. Third-party services and links
The site links to or uses services operated by Stripe, Setmore, Web3Forms, hCaptcha, government agencies and others. Those parties control their systems, terms and availability. Mr. Argo is not responsible for a third party's independent content, outage, security practice or decision, but this does not limit responsibility imposed on Mr. Argo by applicable law.
13. Intellectual property
The Mr. Argo name, branding, website design, original text, graphics and other site materials are owned by or licensed to Mr. Argo and protected by applicable law. You may view and print materials for personal business evaluation and recordkeeping. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, modify or commercially exploit them without written permission, except as law allows. You retain ownership of information and materials you provide and grant Mr. Argo permission to use them as needed to perform authorized services and comply with law.
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available." Mr. Argo disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. These disclaimers do not exclude warranties or duties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr. Argo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from the website or a service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr. Argo's aggregate liability for a claim relating to a specific paid service will not exceed the amount you paid Mr. Argo for that service. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including any rights or remedies that applicable consumer law makes nonwaivable.
16. Texas law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Any court proceeding concerning these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas, unless applicable law requires a different location. Before filing a claim, the parties should make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue by written notice and direct discussion. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not waive a right to participate in a class action where that right applies.
17. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms for future website use or transactions. The updated date will appear above. Material changes will be communicated before they apply when required by law. The Terms accepted when you authorize a transaction continue to govern that transaction unless you and Mr. Argo agree otherwise. We may suspend or stop website access for unlawful, unsafe or abusive conduct.
18. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or duties without written consent; Mr. Argo may transfer these Terms as part of a business reorganization or transfer, subject to law. Headings are for convenience. English and Spanish versions are intended to communicate the same terms; contact us before accepting if you believe they differ.
