Booking & cancellation policy

Reschedule at least 2 hours before your appointment. Cancel at least 12 hours before for a single-session refund or to restore a monthly session credit. Later cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable and use the session credit. Rescheduling within 12 hours does not restore refund eligibility. Monthly purchases are nonrefundable; unused credits expire at the end of the paid month. Stop future renewals anytime. If we cancel, we offer another time or refund the affected session.
